    Terms and Conditions

    1. Booking & Payment

    An advance of 25% of the total event cost is required to confirm the booking. This amount is non-refundable. An additional 50% must be paid within 2 months of the booking date. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 14 days before the event date. Payment modes accepted: UPI, bank transfer, card payments, or cheque (only upon clearance). Failure to follow the payment schedule can result in automatic cancellation without refund. 

    2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

     Cancellations must be made in writing only. For cancellations made more than 90 days before the event, 50% of the paid amount will be forfeited. For cancellations less than 90 days before, the entire booking amount is non-refundableIf cancelled within 5 days of the event, an additional 25% of the event value will be charged. No-shows will result in complete forfeiture. Rescheduling is allowed only once, subject to date availability and written approval by management. Additional charges may apply. 

    3. Timings & Capacity

    The venue is available strictly during the agreed hours.Early access and overtime use are chargeable and must be pre-approved.Guest count must not exceed the contracted capacity. Overcrowding may lead to shutdown of the event without refund.All event music and DJ setups must be shut down by 10:00 P.M., in compliance with local noise regulations and government rules.It is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions or licenses for sound/music if required. 

    4. Conduct & Restrictions

    Guests and vendors are expected to maintain decorum and safety standards.Arms, ammunition, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the premises, even if licensed.Firecrackers, fireworks, and open flames are not permitted.The venue management reserves the right to remove or deny entry to anyone engaging in unlawful or disruptive behavior. 

    5. Use of Premises

    The venue can only be used for the specific event type and purpose stated in the booking form.Any damage to property, fixtures, furniture, or utilities will be assessed and charged to the client.The venue shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any belongings of guests, vendors, or organizers.No food or beverages are allowed to be served or consumed in the hotel rooms. 

    6. Food & Beverage Rules

    Only vendors approved by the management in writing may provide outside catering services.A Catering Gate Pass of ₹10,000 must be paid by the external caterer. This is refundable only upon clean and proper handover of the service area.Consumption of outside alcohol is only permitted with prior written consent, and necessary government permits or licenses must be obtained by the client.Leftover food and beverages cannot be taken outside the premises due to health and safety regulations. 

    7. Power Backup & Fuel Charges

    The venue provides basic generator backup for 3 hours under a fuel cover charge of ₹5,000.Beyond this, additional usage will be charged based on actual diesel consumption, as per market rates.Clients shall have to make advance payments for fuel charges if extended backup is required. 

    8. Décor & Setup

    All decoration plans and materials must be pre-approved by venue management.Nails, screws, adhesives, glues, and tapes that may damage property surfaces are not allowed.Fire-based décor, smoke effects, and drones require prior approval and may be restricted by law.Setup and dismantling must occur within the booked hours. Any delay is chargeable. 

    9. External Vendors

    External vendors (like photographers, decorators, entertainers) must be pre-approved in writing.Vendors may be required to carry entry passes or ID cards.The venue reserves the right to restrict any vendor that may pose a safety or property risk. 

    10. Catering & Alcohol

    In-house catering can accommodate up to 10% extra guests beyond the booked count, chargeable per plate. Beyond that, the venue is not obligated to serve additional guests.All alcohol service must comply with local laws and excise requirements. Clients must obtain and submit all relevant permits.For events utilizing in-house catering, the client’s designated point of contact must be present at the food counter prior to its opening to count and verify the number of plates prepared.In case of requirement for additional plates, a payment challan must be generated and paid in advance. Extra plates shall only be put up after successful payment confirmation.he client will be billed for the greater of the guaranteed guest count or the actual number of attendees. No downward revision will be allowed on the day of the event.Any additions or alterations to the finalized menu shall be charged additionally at the prevailing rates.Sharing of plates among guests is strictly prohibited. Each plate is for individual use only.Venue is not liable for any non-compliance by outside bartenders or caterers. 

    11. Client Liability & Insurance

    The client is responsible for the conduct and actions of all guests and vendors.Any damage to the venue, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, equipment, or structural elements, will be charged to the client at prevailing market value.The venue is not liable for any personal injuries, thefts, losses, or accidents during the event.Clients are strongly advised to take event insurance for cancellation, damage, or liability coverage. 

    12. Photos & Promotions

    Unless written objection is submitted at the time of booking, the venue may use event photos or videos for its internal promotions and marketing.Usage of drones, LED displays, or special effects must be declared in advance and meet legal approvals.The venue is not liable for non-performance or delay due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. 

    13. Special Requests

    Only special requests or custom arrangements that have been explicitly pre-approved in writing by the venue management shall be entertained on the day of the event.No additional or last-minute requests, changes to menu, setup, timings, or technical setups shall be considered or implemented on the day of the event under any circumstances. 

    14. Force Majeure

    The venue shall not be held liable for failure to host or perform any part of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control i.e. Force Majeure.This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters (floods, storms, earthquakes), political unrest, civil commotion, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, or government-imposed lockdowns.Immunity also extends against disruptions for actions by Government authorities, Municipal bodies, NHAI, or civic agencies—such as road closures, highway expansion, sewer works, permit cancellations, public safety orders, or construction work—that may render the event impossible or impact its quality.In any such case where these conditions prevent the event from taking place or adversely affect its quality, the venue shall not be responsible for any financial or performance obligations.No refunds will be made in such cases. However, rescheduling may be offered solely at the discretion of the management and subject to availability within the following three months, on mutually agreeable terms. 

    15. Legal Jurisdiction

    Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow only.Both parties agree to amicably resolve disagreements first, failing which arbitration will be pursued under applicable Indian laws. and stress-free.

    16. Parking & Valet Services

    Valet services are available on request and are managed by third-party professionals.Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. The venue management is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any vehicle or contents inside.Guests are advised not to leave valuables in their cars. No insurance or claim will be entertained by the venue.
